This drop in prices may indicate a shift in buyer affordability or negotiating power. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inventory levels continued to build, with active inventory growing 23% year-over-year to 3,955 homes, suggesting more options for buyers and longer market times for sellers. Overall, while prices softened, increased sales activity and rising inventory point to a market that&#8217;s becoming more balanced between buyers and sellers.
