That said, I am not sure even the best forecaster knows what next year will bring us in terms of changes in housing prices. Well, uncertainty currently rules. We just don\u2019t know what next year will bring. It could be a continuation of one of the hottest housing markets on record, or it could cool way to a rough year for homeowners. Of course, a Black Swan event could take us out of the already wide band presented by these credible forecasters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the end, your housing decisions are meant to be long-term decisions. I believe your choices should be best for what you believe is right for you and family at the time.
