Florida is absolutely littered with golf courses. It was one of the first things my family noticed when moving here from up north. It seemed like our options were living by the water or living on a golf course – and that was it. Of course, there is much more variety, but, many neighborhoods are designed around courses. I have done both since my time in Florida, living by the water and living on a golf course, and while we ultimately prefer the course, that is not to say it doesn’t have its downfalls. Here are some pros and cons to living on a golf course based on my personal experience.
