Normally, a material portion of my blogs provide updates on the state of the housing market in our area. I have refrained from doing so in the last month as the variability on what we can expect from week to week is very wide right now. That said, regardless of how the market moves, I do believe there will continue to be a liquid market in Sarasota and Manatee. However, as the number of transactions moves down, the quality of your real estate team makes a bigger difference in your personal outcome.
